Project Summary:
Ode is a boutique development of 14 luxury residences, prominently located at Ladies Mile and Remuera Road. The building’s elevated ridgeline position offers near 360-degree views from the upper levels, connecting residents with the surrounding cityscape. Inspired by the architectural heritage of Remuera, the facade
combines brick, stone, and aluminum, lending a refined, timeless aesthetic that
complements the neighborhood.
Grounded by a scoria wall and surrounded by layered plantings and a sweeping staircase from Ladies Mile, the entry provides a welcoming urban presence. A landscaped courtyard with seating and BBQ facilities creates communal spaces for social gatherings, while ground-floor units enjoy private courtyards. Interiors blend elegance and functionality, featuring open-plan living areas, natural timber, stone, and custom cabinetry to harmonize with the building’s exterior.
