Prostone Role:

1. Development Management

As requested by the client, Prostone conducted feasibility study and other due diligent works before settlement of the project. Then Prostone continue assisting the client to carry out market research and feasibility study to determine the right type of development for the site.


2. Design Management

Overseeing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that the design meets the client’s requirements and adheres to regulatory standards. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate various design elements.

 

3. Early Contractor Involvement (ECI)

Engaging contractors early in the project to provide input on design, construction methods, and cost estimates. This role helps to identify potential issues and optimize the construction process before the project begins.

 

4. Quantity Surveying (PQS)

 Managing all aspects of the financial and contractual sides of construction projects. This includes cost planning and monitoring, value engineering, procurement and tendering, contract administration, risk management, and ensuring that the project stays within budget.

 

5. Client-Side Project Management

 Acting as the client’s representative throughout the project, ensuring that the project meets the client’s objectives and is delivered on time and within budget. This role involves coordinating with all project stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring quality control
