Project Summary:
This 10-level mixed-use development in the heart of Panmure business center is designed to bring new life to the area with a contemporary building that features retail on the ground floor and 22 residential units above. Each unit is a unique loft design with two floors connected by interior stairs, adding dimension and interest to each space.
The retail spaces at street level will support local businesses, attracting locals and enhancing the community feel. Above, the loft-style residential units offer modern living that blends seamlessly into the neighborhood while bringing a fresh, vibrant look to the area. This project, with its compressive yet dynamic design, aims to revitalize Panmure by creating a lively, attractive environment for both residents and visitors, setting a new standard for living and shopping in the community.
Prostone Role:
Prostone Consulting served as the lead consultant for a 10-level mixed-use development in Panmure’s business district, providing end-to-end Building Consent (BC) and construction-stage project & design management. Our team revitalized the area by delivering modern retail spaces and loft-style residential units through three core services: Design Management, where we collaborated with external consultants to integrate inputs and finalize a cost-effective, complete, and buildable design; Cost Oversight, led by our Quantity Surveying (QS) team, which managed budgets from initial estimates through value engineering, tendering, and commercial management; and Project Delivery, where our project managers streamlined the consenting process and construction methodology to ensure on-time, on-budget execution aligned with client specifications.
Through strategic coordination of design, compliance, and construction workflows, Prostone ensured the project exceeded client expectations while enhancing Panmure’s urban appeal. The result is a vibrant destination that elevates the community’s profile, offering an attractive hub for residents and visitors alike.
